Michael J Koczarski, DDS

co-director of PacLive, Mike brings his passion and experience in
advanced continuing education as the Clinical
Adviser to the Hornbrook Group. He maintains a very active
restorative practice in Woodinville, WA. He has been published
extensively in most leading dental journals and has lectured

Ronald
G. Ritsco, DMD, MS
Program Director
Dr Ritsco lectures
both nationally and internationally on materials and occlusion. After
completing a Masters in Science in Prosthodontics from the School of
Biomedical Graduate Sciences in 1996, Dr. Ritsco served as an
Associate Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at the
University of Saskatchewan as well as the Director of Implant
Prosthodontics. Currently, Dr. Ritsco practices in Buffalo, NY. He is
the author and co-author of several scientific publications and has
been awarded multiple scientific and clinical achievement awards.

Mark W. Montgomery, DDS
Director of Education
Dr. Montgomery maintains a practice devoted to reconstructive and aesthetic
dentistry in Salem, Oregon. He was the founder of the Occlusion and Full Mouth
courses at PacLive. Mark’s enthusiasm and ability to transfer knowledge
in a way that is easily understood has made him one of the most requested
new speakers in dentistry today.

Debra Gray-King, DDS
Dr. King is one of 35 dentists
and one of only two women dentists in the world to be accredited and
achieve Fellowship status with the American Academy of Cosmetic
Dentistry. Dr. King is a graduate of the University of Tennessee
Dental School and has written a number of articles published in

the Atlanta Society of Cosmetic Dentistry and is the president of the
Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry, which has been described as
